claim: led light system equals 400 W HPS, true?

hi guys,
there is suggestion that this LED system does the job as well as a 400W HPS.

its a bit of an expensive lamp but if the claim is true, you can have a 80 W consuming LED doing the same as a 400 W HPS. would be great.

so, please, if someone did an experiment with a modern LED light system tell us.

i know to really know it you have to test it yourself, but its a bit expensive to do this test and then find out i threw 600 bucks away.

i seen led give okay bud but if u want to go big get hps that what i use

ok, thanks, so far it looks like its not as good as hps. but i wonder how much less they produce. is it 70% or less. at the moment my greatest worry is not the quality of the weed, i am just interested in the relative yield compared to hps.
