I'm guessing you pulled a spider from outside and put it in your tent? That's nut's. Have you thought about adding more to the mix? Lady bugs? Earthworms?

This particular spider hung out above my compost pile outside and my vermicompost buckets, and she's quite good at removing flies or fliers of any sort, her web is about a foot square almost and elaborate enough to catch gnats believe it or not. Can't do ladybugs......they suicide into my hps lights.....earthworms in some containers once they arrive to me yes.

Yeah i'd love to have some earthworms in my pot, however it's like 1.5 gallons. so 5ltrs, I just don't know if that'd be enough room for them, otherwise I would totally have them.

Hey genuity, i am super impressed with these pollen chucks you came up with. This isnt a Here man look at how dialed in and awesome i can be thread .....oh no this is a i need some headstash to replace my old stuff getting ganked so lets fly by the seat of my pants kinda thing! I am ASTONISHED by these stompers vigour, both horizontal and vertical growth and the smell, oh my fucken gawd dude, when i turn my inlines on and i get to smell that first 15 minutes of air being pulled outa that tent(no carbon filters) it's like a symphony for my nostrils, last time i smelled this kinda pungent flowers it was HARDCORE headknock nite nite herbs, and i'm fine with that! Just wanted to cyber pat you on the back man cause your gear is TRULY something to behold so far. Very very happy!

Soooo were hitting 30-40 degree now.......Everytime i look into this tent i get excited! These are the days i live for 15 years into my SERIOUS indoor career. It used to be that i Couldnt wait for the last weeks of harvest, i'm over that now, i really enjoy the first, REAL transition into flower........they transformation that takes place is pretty stunning to behold imvho. I can't wait until my soil is cooked but until them i will be happy (hopefully) with my Joe blow quicknoob soil i slapped together this round. I'll put up recent pics once football starts today. So i get the impression the big thing nowadays is cash cropping auto flowers and hoarding photo period dank strains for our heads??? Any of you wanna move close to me so we can alternate harvests and make sure we never ever run out? Just a thought, cause with the right space and time i could prob take off in a good way. Like my wife says regardless of anything ive learned here or from anyone or books plants liked me from an early age.....I don't ever wanna lose that gift.

All these newer tech lighting user's trying to convince folks there methods are the best and what your doing is "dinosaur" technology, what these kids don't realize is we had these discussions here back in 2009 and guess what? what was true then is true now......and i quote from a great mind here.......

Do you know how to grow weed. I see a whole bunch of people on here with 5 lights eb and fox farm cyclone seperator RO plant fellatio machines and the fact of the matter is they cant grow dope. A good grower can grow with any reasonable setup and they will grow more for less. I think this site has turned into a place for experienced growers to bullshit and newbs to learn as much non-sense as possible and the post a couple "help whats wrong with my plant threads" and then someone who actually knows how to grow dope will coach them through and explain that a plant cant use a bottle of nutes a week and that 1000 watt MH does not need to be 2" over the tops of those 2 Lowryders and yes 100 degrees is too high and yes a fan would help and oh if you read some before spending $1000 just do do shit all wrong you would be better off. I see it more and more every day. Newbs answering other newbs questions and we wonder why threads about cutting all the fan leaves off and mag vs. diggy ballasts turn into 10 page rants where everybody gets there feelings hurt and the FDD comes and closes the thread down until some asshole starts another. Bottom line MJ is a plant that needs air, water food and light just like any other. Fox farms and Luma tek and Jardin is for the growers not the plants.
I gotta laugh when i see these folks tryin to convince others about this way or that way to "maximize" whatever, bottom lines is best said as above! All hail commen sense!

I'd like to know your thoughts on maybe taking some kosher kush male pollen and hitting a branch or two of these females with it? ya know sterile paint brush............then bag over the pollebnated flowers until they are ok to release? I'd be flying by the seat of my pants, and this round will be headstash flowers so i don't wanna open pollenation. lol i may end up with gold in beans and not much meds......which normally id be ok with, ummm yeah id need to secure my headstash first me thinks.

Ok so anyone who is just jumping in here my current problem i am trying to figure out is if im using too much light in my tent.4 x 4 x 7 . I have a 600 kooltube and 400 mh currently running in. I gotta say the plants seem to enjoy both. I have been told by 2 diff folks that i don't need both but i had a hard time taking one away with the results i have gotten so far.
