Cleaning BHO Extractor???

I need to clean my BHO extractor, I've never done more than knock off the plant mater from the inside, so you could say it's well seasoned. Here's a few shots of the home built rig.



You can see it's a little tacky on the rim and inside the can, and I've run at least 6 more batches since these photos were taken.
Now I would like to recover instead of flushing it down the drain.

My thought was to fill and soak in everclear then use in a Sunday morning cocktail.

I would like to hear others opinion on cleaning the extractor.

Some make cocktails others use iso/grain alcohol and let it evaporate and purge/consume as normal.

Sounds like alcohol is the cleaning agent of choice. I picked up a new bottle of everclear yesterday, gonna see how stout of a tincture the oil will make.

I had a glass tube and I broke it, can't break the stainless steel.

Finally took some everclear and flushed it out. Along with the blasting catch tray. It had some plant mater in it. I was going to filter it out, but decided not to. Figured it was just super saturated bud bits, so there is a little off taste at the end of the vape.
