Cleaning pollen

whats the best way to go about cleaning a room that was exposed to pollen? Whats a good product that definitely destroys pollen? all advice welcome thanks in advance.

Yeah, get some bleach and dilute it with water. Maybe a 1 cup for regular bleach per gallon of water. and scrub down your room.

I have read that heat, cold, and alcohol kills pollen. I would try cleaning with hot water then a good alcohol spray.

as Longlivemtb said a bleach solution, ideally 5%.

This will also kill any spidermite or thrips (and eggs) you may have hibernating in there - the little bastards.

Spider mites? hmmmm... I've read something about burning sulfur to kill them. That's gotta be a nasty way to die.
