Should I be cleaning up the bottom with all the fan leafs or leave them?

If the leaves aren't receiving light, are touching the medium, are blocking too much air flow, are too dense and many are touching each other or are 50%+ damaged I would trim them. Otherwise, leave them alone.

Plant looks like it could use a little LST ( low stress training ), that would eliminate the need to remove anything, more of control how and where it grows.

If LST isn’t a viable option, you might not have a choice but to trim/prune. I myself don’t like it because I like my plants to breath and grow every little bit they can. I see the fan leaves like the solar panels to my house, without them, no power. Now of course removing a few here and there won’t compromise the whole grow, but hopefully you catch my drift.
