Clear Vinyl Tube and Algae

Hey Guys,

I have some clear flexible tubing leading from my resevoir to my cabinet. The clear tube connects to black vinyl just outside the cab, and on the tray return. It is not expesed to any of the grow lights, and is only exposed in the dark basement outside of the cab.

Do you think this will pose a problem with algae, or should I be fine...???

Not sure, but I know I learned the hard way with clear tubing when mine got clogged. Just have black tubing on hand switch it out if it blocks up.
