Clone after started flowering?

Okay so i have three plants going right now and i was wondering if i start to flower them and one is a female can i take a clone while flowering because i really dont wanna have to clone these plants flower the clones to see if the parent is a male or female so just wondering if i can clone while flowering and where on the plant would be a good point

bottom yes byou can clone bout 2 ta 3 weeks in ealier the better bottom is where ya take cutting slow growth give it that lollipop look
