Well you should atleast read the FAQ before you post, no-one wants to post the whole process of cloning.
I used to be delighted to do it but at least have some knowledge in the subject before you post.

you take a clone by cutting the branch and either using a rooting hormone or just sticking it in the medium..

There is nothing wrong with asking questions. However, this particular question has been answered time and again in countless threads and the GROWFAQ.
We'll help if you show us you are willing to at least do a little digging beforehand. Just show up and say, 'Tell me!', and you will be ridiculed.

At least he posted in the right spot . . . thing is, unless you do some reading, and know some real basic shit, then it's tricky explain' how-to's to you. I mean, what's this mean to you.
After appropriate veg growth, cut some tops off with a few nodes attached. Use a razor type thing to cut those at 45 degrees about 1/4 inch below the lowest node. Dip in rooting hormone and place in choice of mediums, then cover w/something to retain moisture/humidity. Mist plant a few times daily, uncover occasionally, keep 24" under 24 hour fluro, trim away the larger leaves, leaving just a little. Roots in 2-3 weeks, maybe a little less, or more. Warmer the better, within reason.
