How much yield? That all depends on if you are growing a 12" finished plant, or a 15 foot sativa monster. :)

Also, you take care of a clone just like you would a plant started from seed, once it has taken root and started to grow.

try a hempy bucket..get a plastic mop bucket and a bag of perlite from walmart cost about $8 total..put a pencil sized hole 2 inches from the bottom fill it with the perlite and put your clone into it.no nutes for 2-3 weeks and make sure the bottom of the bucket does not get dry .thats it. i water every day a cup or 2 just until i think the roots made it to the bottom so like a week, then i water every 3 days about 4 cups but it can go a week no problem.this is a lot easier then soil and it gets me better yields.

since we're on the subject..... don't ever take clones from a plant in bloom and attempt to make her a cloning stock. It will dick with the genetics most if not all of the time (i say this because some claim exceptions in their experience) resulting in lower potency, yield, and overall make the line more finicky. Not to mention revegging can take, in some cases up to 6 weeks! I've never done it so i cant tell you I'm 100% correct as i would be a liar but its worth researching if your interested in doing the whole mother and clone approach.
