is it possible its flowering??? its outdoors and gets direct sunglight light from about 10am to 2 pm and the rest of the hours its daylight or shade!

there's not enough sun yet. im in so cal too and my outdoor plants are starting to flower. they will just re-veg once spring sets in.

Could just be showing sex, or are actual buds forming? Just let it grow and it should fix itself.

finnally got somwe pics, they are crappy but thats the only cam i have now(mywebcam), idk if u can really c the white hairs ill take better ones by tonight! also the two small plants are my northern lights, notice one of them has fatter leaves.

I just cloned my plant and the same thing happened. It's not flowering though. just keep it in your veg light cycle and you're fine.
