You're going to want to grab some ph test strips, at least, to test the runoff. Preferably a ppm/ph meter, to help you diagnose issues throughout your grow, and so that you can properly ph your water/nutes before feeding. If the best you can get is strips, that's fine, you can get them for like 4 bucks at wal mart. We need to have some idea of what's going on in the plant's environment. You're definitely going to need more light, though.
I can add this, too, it's not really advice, but I chopped a couple of cuttings off a flowering plants (some trimmings i was going to throw away). Instead I put them in a cup of water, then clonex, then rockwool and put them under some CFLs. They died, they got attacked HARD by spider mites, it was kinda funny to watch because I thought they were dead. I check it yesterday....one of them has roots showing. Needless to say I've cleaned them up and got their environment back to ideal. The morale of the story is this plant is a weed, diagnose their problem, fix it, and they will almost ALWAYS recover.
