what temperature would be ideal for my clones to grow under? my humidity is 86% with a 84.9 temp with 2 23w CFLs, and a 90.0 temp with 80% humidity with an additional 4 foot cfl with a 4500k and 3200k light when added...

Also depending on how many clones and the spacing from the light? That may not be enough light. I would use that amount for tow that are close together with one over each but it would be better wit ha 42w per clone.

i got the temp to 81 with 100 % humidity. i am using 2 2700k 23w cfl to heat the bottom. and i just figured out the dome has vents so the temp should drop more i assume

Thats too high and it's not enough light to get them to root. They are using the light energy to grow. Get rid of the heating pad and triple your light at least. The CFL's a few inches away will heat it into the 70's NOT the 80's.
Posting pics is helpful for people to check out your setup.

Your humidity is fine. How did you prepare the base of the clones? CLoning gel? Did you shave up the sides to expose the inner stem to form roots?

95% Of my clones rooted and survived. I was surprised since it was my first time. I was adding 4 drops of ph down with 4 drops lemon juice concentrate and I got my water to a 5.5. I put the clones in hydroton grow mediums and plan on water the plants 1 every 2 days
