Cloner DWC or Aeroponic?

Making my own cloner and wondering which will work better for me as I have all the parts to do either.

Im going to cut 1.5 inch holes in a 5 gallon bucket and wrap foam around the stems so the bottom of the stem can sit in the nutrient solution.

I have some ez cloner sprayers and can make an aeroponic system easy but I only have a 15 min increment timer. So I can run it 24/7 or in increments of 15 minutes.

I can also do a dwc cloner which is easy as well but just want to know what you guys think.

Thanks. Best board IMO.

I have made a fogponic cloner right now I am sitting with 100% success rate with all different kinds of plants, including citrus trees. AND yes clonex is the shit. However if you have areo parts, do that, hell the guys at my local hydro shop have diy guts in a clear areocloner body running what I am guessing is clonex from the color they do 15 on/off 24/7 and they will clone anything and everything.
In a areo, fog, or bubble cloners you can just use RO or tap water and get 80% success rates. Clonex and a drop of superthrive should get you 95-99% in almost any set up. Hell build all 3 and see what you like better, 5 gal bucket with lids are $4 at the home depot. Some plants do better with different systems. I love my fog cloner, but I know that it is a pain in the ass to clean the fogger and It needs to be done every 2 weeks. Fogponic cloners make fluffy super efficient roots. Aerocloners are efficient easy lower maintenance, and you should get roots in a week or less. All that said you can get some clonex (or any other cloning hormone) and some red cups and clone in stagnant water you should have roots in 2-3 weeks. Just watch out for dogs with happy tails.

I can fit up to 40 in a standard tote container. All you need to do is buy one with a braoder top to fit close to 120. Use 2 inch neoprene pucks.

How 'bout just letting the stem of the cutting hang in some water and let roots grow like that. All you need are containers with lids that you could drill 2 inch holes out of, some 2 inch neoprene plugs, filtered water and cloning gel. With this system, there are no parts to fail like a timer going out or a tube getting clogged.

I've took 5 cuttings and so far, all of them have rooted.

I included a pic so you could get an idea of what I'm talking about.

In the pic, the 3 cuttings that are in the container with the blue top took about 8 days before showing roots. The clone that you see in the rockwool starter cube took only 4 days before a root popped out but the small cutting thats in the container with a foil top took about 14 days before it showed signs of roots. This isn't bad considering I've never took cuttings and tried cloning them before.
