clones dieing..wat the hell is going on??

i have a botanicare 40 site cloner.most ive had in it so far has been like 10 cuttings..the last 3 that ive put into soil pots have fallen over gone limp and died within a few hours...wat the hell is happening??! any that i put in hydro seem to do fine. anybody kno wats up? am i doing something wrong? i let them get solid root masses before planting but i dunno wat else to do..all help is welcome.

hey i just made a 35 site cloner and the submersible pump i have is making the water extremely warm how does that botanicare cloner stop that?

Have you tried doing a 15 on 15 off cycle? Should keep temps down

you nean 15 min. on and 15 min. off on the pump? no i havnt tried that because i was thinking that the plants would probably dry out in 15 min. what do you think? is that what your cloner does?

I honestly couldn't tell ya how the temps stay down on this 1....I got the thing for free from a buddy, I jus hook him up with clones every now and again. The water in it is never too hot tho, it seems to stay at a legit temp by feel, haven't actuallly taken temps of the water yet

i run it 24/7...it got clogged up the other day tho so i had it off n cleaned it out..think i may put it on a timer but not sure yet. do most people run em on a timer?

someone told me that to keep the temp down i should run it 1 min. on and 4 min. off but i dont know anyone who makes a timer like that

Ah yea that sounds weird, I've never come across a timer that does down to the minute...u can find damn near anything online these days tho so there's probably one out there
