Clones had problems right from the get go

I had a friend purchase 50 bubba kush clones for me. He told me they were in good health before he brought them to my place. When he arrived they didnt look healthy at all. The roots had be let to dry out, they had mites in the jiffy pockets. Which didnt show themselves until two days after planting them. After one week now the roots have finally started to make a come back. The mites are gone but I believe I have burned them with mite spray due to them being very young and having no roots.
Now after all that the leaves are going yellow and curling up towards the light. They are very rippled looking almost like ruffles chips.
My question is. Are all these plants stressed to there limit and if so what should I do to help them.
The lights are very close but do not burn my hand when under them. My hand is warm but does feel uncomfortable to to the skin. If anyone knows how to bring plants back from the stress they are in please let me know. Thanks again.

The lights do not need to be close to the plants when they are that young. The tip about putting your hand in between the light and plants is advice for larger plants. For little seedlings, keep the light farther away.

I have a very little high to work with. Around 4 and a half feet. I am hanging my light with a parabolic reflector. Do you think I should just raise the 600 watt lights right to the top? Will the plants still have enough light being that high?

Punch your friend and get new clones. If they had mites than I rather play it safe than sorry and start out with a fresh batch.

it sounds more like you cooked them with a 600 watt light. Place the blame where ever you like, clones or seedling do not required that much light. You can buy new ones unless you raise that like about 3 feet i't probably going to happen again. cfl's are better use of light for seedling or clones til they have established a nice set of roots.
