Clones not rooting.

I dip cut ends in rooting powder, and place in my normal soil mix - under a plastic bag and put 3 round a CFL. Takes about a week to root.

I dip in rooting gel, chuck it into a rockwool cube then keep it humid and moist for a couple of weeks (it's a slow cloning strain it seems) and have never lost one other than through negligence

try switching your water to spring water for cloning, on .89 a gal. that's what it took for me to get roots. I was using city tap and wasn't happening. Tried for 8 mos different methods. All i needed to do was switch the water. Hope this helps good luck.

Hi everyone, this morning I went to check on the plants and slowly pulled out a cutting (I used about 70% coco peat and 30% vermiculite), amazingly it had roots. The roots are about 1inch in length and there's about 8-10 decent roots. Can I transplant it into a bigger pot or should i wait a week or so to develop more roots?

I clone in clear plastic cups - put the clone by the cup side so I can actually see when roots have formed. Works very well.
And congrats on your success.

I use jiffy pellets or rockwool. When the roots have grown out of the side, you know that it's transplant time.

That's a real neat trick, I'll do that in the future. I think I'm gonna wait another week before transplanting them. Just to play it safe.
