Clones not rooting

I just did about 30 clones in rapid rooters, 20 in soil, I did 10 seeds in the rapid rooters also, I hate to say it,I haven't lost one yet,even all 10 seeds sprouted and 2 of them appear to be twins, not sure what is up with that yet, All I did for the clones was use olivia's gel and cloning solution, When I cut the clones, I didn't worry so much about the 45 degree angle because I scrape off the outer flesh of the bottom of the stem, I then just dipped in the gel and made sure there was plenty on them, stuck them in the presoaked in olivia's cloning solution rooters. then into a humidity dome. I spritz them a couple times a day with the same olivia's and water for the first few days.
in the soil,I just water them with the same thing. I have one that is an iffy, but other then that,100% success.

My previous clones rooted at a 50% success rate. I just harvested my plant and cut 10 clones, we'll see if my experience will help this success rate lol
