Carefully cut the bottom off, wait till you see roots grow out the bottom. OR Change your dirt plug to a clear container. Not the best to try tuggin.

word thanks ya'll. when should i be expecting the roots?
You should see some roots growing out from the bottom of the cube within 2 weeks.

Spray the leaves and the inside of the humidity dome several times a day.

Keep the flourescent light about 1-2 feet above the dome.

Water only with PH'd water.

When you see roots, start to add the smallest amount of nutes.

u have to keep the dome 3-4 more days after u see roots to make sure they stay healthy and dont wilt too much. you do that by taking the dome off for 15 minutes twice then 30 minutes then 1 hour 4 times a day for the last 2 days before u finally transplant them. they should be strong and healthy with new growth starting by then... dont forget to air them out every day for a quick minute 2 -3 times a day... and misting them every day will help them stay green and root fast...

Water once after 24 hours then again after 48. That's it. You can spray them once a day but you don't have to. If you keep the tray on they will root 12 days at the most. Sometimes less. The dome just creates moisture and like these guys said, promotes faster root growth. Good Luck.
