good evenin RIU.. i need to know what the best light cycle is for clones.

i have them on 24*0 right now. but is 18*6 better? not sure if they need darkness or not.

thanks for ur help....bongsmilie

many will give opinions.. sum will say direct, sum will say not... sum will say 12hrs, sum will say 24... its a big debate

but light makes ur plant focus on phototsynthesis rather then rooting causing yellowed plant b4 rooted

Once I cut the clones, it is 24/0 under T5's (low heat) until roots are visible out of the bottoms of the cubes, then it is under the big light at 18/6 till ready for flower. Works without issue for me.

436!

18/6 is the traditional/conventional method, but hey I've also done 24/0 and with great results. As long as you do either/or and keep it consistent, you should be juuust fine :)

18/6 with T5's. thats more than enough, make sure to raise the lights up 2 or 3 ft above the tops for the first few days (less stress), get rid of that dam rockwool... areo cloning is the way to go!!! 99% success rate...
