It's an auto... but I could probably root a cut off of it now.. roots in 5-6 days. They pick up right away. Faster than clones I've taken from a photo.Yes?

I would like to try it just for the sake, it's the best way to know for sure, 6/7 years ago I read they couldn't be cloned, that's clearly not true, what else isn't?It's an auto... but I could probably root a cut off of it now.. roots in 5-6 days. The plant I took the cuttings from is a SLOWWWWW grower, but is on week 2 of flowering.I would like to try it just for the sake, it's the best way to know for sure, 6/7 years ago I read they couldn't be cloned, that's clearly not true, what else isn't?
It'll be interesting to see if they'll flower at the same time or if the clone grows on for a bit after?
I like growing. Here is what I plan to do. Start with a healthy autoflowering mother plant that has not been feminized. Select a cutting from one of the lower branches. The cutting has to be made before any flowering hormone production. The windows to cut is just hours. I am expecting this to result in a mother that has recovered fully and a clone that is smaller in size but with comparable flowers.I like growing autos. I know you can't really clone an auto but it's fun to see what you get from just a cutting.
Didn't get much bigger but the buds are nice and fat. Here's what they look like now.
They were cut on 11/2
