Cloning feminized plants

Quick question--

If I took a cutting during the vegetative stage of my feminized Power Plant and the mother plant turned out to be a hermaphrodite once I turned the light to 12/12, will the cutting I took turn out to be a hermaphrodite as well? I was curious since I read that environment can have an effect on genetics.

If it is from a female plant then the clone will be a female plant.

As soon as it sprouts it is male or female it is just you do not know what the sex is until it shows hairs or balls.

So if I take a clone from a plant that has not shown it sex, Inside the plant it could be a male or female if you know what I mean.

Kinda confusing.

There are a multitude of scenarios that could take place with your question Las. If the feminised seed is truely a feminized seed and is 100% success rate (like Dutch Passion says, I believe) then that cutting will always be female. HOWEVER, u may revert to hermaphrodism if u stress the plant. In this case, the mother could turn hermi, but the clones don't. Or its possible u could hermi 1 clone but not the other. Now, there could be a case that the feminized seed becomes a hermi plant because of the method that was done to feminize them. If this method is poorly done, or the genetics are just not that good, its possible that the true feminized seed will always turn to hermi, thus rendering the clones to always be hermaphrodites. Your best bet is to buy feminized seeds from proven breeders and those who say their feminised rate is near 100%. However, once again, if you do not provide the proper conditions, its very possible that the mother and/or clones could hermi.

good ass info! i got a fem supergirl from nirvana going right now. it's in the 4th week from seed and looking great!! this is my 4th grow but the first grow from purchased seeds. i've never seen this kinda growth before. i'm really geeked. what are my chances of getting some good clones from fem seeds from nirvana??

Thanks for the +rep guys....sorry I haven't posted here in over a month or so. If you provide good conditions for your clones (and you clone them properly) you shouldn't have any problems gettin some female clones. By now, you probably already harvest :) GL!
