Ez Cloner is so easy! Use tap water not RO. Buy ClearRez and use it every 5 days. Clean cloner every 15 days with bleach as EZ cloner directions say.NO dome. No Nutrients in water, just cut clone, dip in clone gel and wipe off excess, stick in cloner, 5-8 days roots. You say you built your cloner, when you stick your finger down in a hole how does the water feel thats hitting your finger, like a mist or spray?

Oh yeah i use a single 20watt flourecent tube about 12 inches above cloner. My temps in clone room are constant 80f and water temp is constant 75f

That will work just fine. With a mister, atomizer, misting spray or bubble cloner, a humidity dome is not necessary. A humidity dome is not necessary anyway, and the only reason I use it is to hold in heat and keep the rockwool from drying up. The less you have to water tray clones, the better the root formation will be. Using a dome will increase humidity no matter what method you use and will also speed up the rooting process. But the bad news is, when it is time for the dome to come off, the plant will be subjected to shock and could die if not weaned properly. On the other hand, some strains do just fine.
EZ cloner IS easy to use. There is absolutely nothing better, in my opinion, than an aero cloner. I myself use rockwool and tray, or a bubble cloner. Bubble cloner is the same as a hydro cloner, and works almost the same way as the EZ cloner. Just set your clippings in and wait. No maintenance necessary, roots in about 5 days.
My bubble cloner? No, it is not an aeroponic cloner, it is hydroponic, with the same design as DWC. The bubble cloner is much, much smaller and has much more air being pumped into it. The EZ cloner works several ways, depending on the model you buy. There is the mist feeder, the gravity fed, and the fogger with a cool little novelty atomizer you can play with in your off time. Makes cool fog, great for warm sunny days. I've taken apart quite a few3 of them to salvage the atomize :D
My favorite, by far, is the bubble cloner. That's because it can be made dirt cheap and requires almost no maintenance. My preferred method, however, is good ol' fashion germination tray. My cloner is free if you have an air pump.

I love my ez-cloner, I bought the 16 unit on sale for a hundred bucks at the local hydro store. It sits under a 2 foot 4 banger T-5. I run tap water only, no other products. Change it out when it smells funny. Most of all, be patient. And don't forget to turn it back on after changing out the water.

Uh oh! You aren't wilting are you? If so, you have quite a lot of light on those girls. I guess with a nice cloner you can up the ante on the lights, though, right? If they don't stand back up, try trimming more leaf or raising the light, or disengage one of the bulbs. Maybe it's normal for you, I don't know, just my 2 cents :P

No worries, the wilted picture is when I forgot to turn I the machine after changing water. Cant tell you how many times I've come back to them wilted, always bounce back though.

my 100 percent success way of cloning is the best i could do. now keep in mind, i have fucked up cloning in so many ways and this way has never failed a single plant to fail. and i have done several hunred this way.

get the small jiffy pucks at wally world. swell the up in tap water. cut clones, i always stab the stems with a pin to penetrate it and i do it under water. dip in rooting powder and stick into the swelled puck. now here is the important part, get some empty jars that are very small. i use glass mustard jars. 6 oz but anything small will work. the puck should be let to stand until water stops dripping and doesnt completely soak a paper towel. then drop the clone and cutting in the jar. now take a deep breath, hold it, now breath directly into the jar and close the lid. i do it once a day to put co2 in the system. have yet to have a single cutting to fail this way and believe me, i can fuck up some serious clones, i am horrible at it.
awesomeness

downloadfile-5.jpeg downloadfile-4.jpeg I tend to not follow all the hype of add nutes, dip in cloner solution,mist,whatever...too much extra shit..let the plants work those roots up themselves...
