Cloning In The Flowering Stage. +rep

howdy everyone i got 5 good lookin ladies flowering about 2 weeks in now, is it ok to cut clones now? If so what are the disadvantages of cutting while there a couple weeks in???

( Advice from someone that has done this before would be much apprecated )

You can check my grow if you'd like but I took 2 clones from a plant 3 weeks into flowering and both clones lives to this day. :-)


Just takes a little longer to root thats all. I used a bubble cloner and Thrive Alive B-1 Red.

The disadvantage is that they must revert back to veg which may stress them a bit. Lots of people do it with very good results though.

ive done up to 3.5 weeks into flowering, the longer into the flowering the longer they will take to root caz they have to revert to veg, just put them under 24/0 light and you will be right

If you cut off the top bud growing tip you can make a multi-topped plant with no main stem

Like said already you can clone a flowering plant it will just have to revert back to veg causing it to take longer.You might have some mutated growth but its all good.
