Unfortunately you will find very few experts out there - although most of them think they are. As I said 18/6 light schedule. Your clones will probablly not droop because they are in water - no need to mist. Hope that's helpful.

thanxs barley got back we will do wat u said and i hope they are gonna be okay i will make sure to cover up the bottle and make sure no lights will go thru the bottle are they gonna still stay purched up and are they suppose to drop cause they still look real healthe believe it or not

This is so wrong on so many levels I don't know where to start. The only time over-watering applies is a plant with established roots in soil and the soil has been saturated. What do you think DWC is - the roots are immersed in water. A clone cannot be over-watered - IT HAS NO ROOTS! A clone requires no nutes. And as far as root pathogeons - change out the water regularly and you have no problem. If you don't know what you are talking about - think Mute.

i am debunking the whole humidity thing...i have had the most success with clones by just sticking them in dirt in a cup and water regularly as needed to keep soil moist NOT wet. I used humidome and lose them to stress after they root. I used this method as putting the cuttings in water with air stone and no problem with either.....the cuttings in dirt seem to be doing the best THOUGH i cant see any roots but there is growth happening.

i am @ 24/0 for 10-days then switch to 18/6

I got to chime in. You can over water at any stage. If the roots stay wet in soil they will rot. dwc has some type of air added to the water. as far as misting a clone. for the most part they need it. the misting helps feed the plant while the roots are forming. why make your lighting hard 24hr light works fine on clones and seedlings. you don't need allot of light the first few weeks flour tubes or cfl's are fine. there are tons of ways to clone. It's trial and error till you find what works for you.

With all due respect - a clone cannot be overwatered - it has no roots. I realize there are different methods that work for people - I personally use a home-made bubble cloner that I use no dome, no hormones, no misting and have 100% success everytime.

yeah i have to agree.....otherwise the humidity that is supposed to be so good for them would turn out over watered every time.....in soil you can over water which will cause stems to rot...but in a cup of water and air stone never saw signs of over watering

I too use a diy bubble cloner and had 100% till the last go. it failed 90% I changed something and don't know what. I do mist mine. Just something I do with clones I have allot of air moving and no dome so I mist them twice a day. I just started a dwc bubbler. So I'm not using the cloner this time. Your rught can't over water a fresh cut clone.
