Cloning question

Hey,

I was wondering if I can take clones from a flowering mother? I've heard that they should be taken from a veging mother, but I don't know for sure and if so, I don't know why.

My problem is that I've grown a few plants from seed in limited space, so I won't know for sure which ones I like until after harvest. I'd like to get my clones started before harvest so I can turn it over faster.

yes you can but it may take longer if your going to reveg it...will take a week or so to root make sure you cut all buds off then back to 24/0-18/6 ur choice for a couple weeks...then flower again your good...

So blaze,
The clone specimins I'm looking at has 5 colas and is about 8" long with 2 node pairs each. After rooting the clones, should they veg more or sould I go straight to flowering?

Sorry if this question has been asked. I found lots of great info in other threads, but I couldn't find the answers to these questions.

You want to make sure it fully roots and returns to normal before flowering to avoid stressing it into a hermy
