Cloning question

So I took my first cuttings last night. I counted down three nodes from the main stem and took it at the third node then immediately put the cutting in a glass of water. Once I had all of my cuttings ready and in water, I removed them individually and cut them at a 45 degree and dipped them into rooting hormone for 15-30 sec before putting them into a spray cloner and eventually throwing on the humidity dome. Now, my question is this, some of them look a little wilted whereas others look like they're fresh from the plant. I know its only day 1 but im growing a little bit concerned. I've taken the humidity dome off twice today for about 10 minutes the first time and 30 minutes the second time for gas exchange. About how many days in until I should start seeing roots (I figure 7?) and should I "pull" wilted ones or leave them be? This is my first time cloning and im a little nervous to be honest... Thanks for all of your help.

Just leave them be no need for gas exchange so I would leave the dome on 24/7. The best thing you can do is be patient I know it's nerve rackin but trust me you will see roots when the plant is ready. Mucking about with them only adds to the stress they are already under.

Mine root without a dome in low humidity. They get wilt on a lot of them but most make it. It’s cool. A lot of times they’ll droop first day especially.
