If you take a plant in veg without a determined sex will the clone always be female?

NO
a clone is an exact copy of what ever plant you took it from
if you switch 12/12 and the plant you took the cut from ends up male
the clone will be male also

and vice versa

that was already understood, the question of every clone being a female is what i asked.

Feminized seeds dont guarantee females either. 99% chance of female, but thwy don't tell you that theres like a 25% chance it'll be a hermie...
(25% is not an actual figure, in fact ive just bought fem seeds for the first time and they aren't even in flower yet. Im just worried)
