I am curious if the people telling others about clear, cloudy or amber have also mentioned handling your buds or a fan blowing on them too close or the bud touching/rubbing another plant or tent wall can also cause heads to change to amber?

as for being a heavy smoker and wanting a strong smoke, you may be even happier with a more ripe plant than a less ripe plant. the cbn will give a more heavy high for most

keep in mind, it's not all or only about thc

Thank you You truly do not know what the responses mean to me when I get them. I literally figured out that spending money for something that I do daily morning lunch afternoon before bed yeah that s*** adds up. So yes it's very important to me especially when I figured out that I have a seed bank and I have over a hundred different strains that I can get seeds from anytime. So I have about five different strings right now with about a quantity of 20 seeds and five going currently.

Thank you tomorrow I'm cutting and hanging her last day for drying out to try to get the strongest out of her last breath
That's also bro science. Why would you dry out a plant before you hang it to dry? You want a slow dry not a half dry plant that is dying. Don't understand how that would increase thc. Thc doesn't increase over a period of hours. It takes a long time to develop. Genetics and overall experience will give you the 'highest thc'. Not silly wives tales of darkness and drying out plants. When you let a plants medium dry, you concentrate the salts in the medium. That's the exact opposite of good.

Here's my biggest thing bud I just smoke a bunch You understand me and my girlfriend smoke a bunch and I would love for it to be the highest THC possible but lots of people are telling me that if they get real orange light color at the ends then it's going to be more CBD and not really the best hi you can get. I'm just starting to grow in I just want the best for the time I put in these that's all.
CBN actually. Not CBD.

Hit the nail on the head with that statement.

I also agree with the heads turning due to stressors like heat, light, nutrients, touching, moisture, etc etc.
Looking at heads is only ONE of MANY determining factors to consider before chop.
WHERE are you looking at the trichrome? A leaf? Top bud? Are you looking on the lowers too? It's literally just a piece of the pie

I've found you have trouble harvesting them too late. I had life intervene and harvested a kush table at 15-16 weeks. She was the most potent plant I've had to this date. I'm still sparingly using her distillate. She's a sledgehammer. But it's very easy to harvest them early.

Yeah I know one thing's for sure I'm definitely going to look up on you know time and stuff like that when growing for now on am I timing because my last two autoflowers I had no idea really on timing or anything like that but this one looks like it's way more done and grew a lot longer than the other one that my girlfriend pulled way too early we barely even harvest to do for a cured it for a couple days because she was just eager to smoke it I was so upset was so pretty

So pretty much though I've learned so far the autoflowers are usually about 3 months and photo periods typically run what length
If I could give you one piece of advice I was given but had to learn myself, is, when you think it's ready....wait two weeks.
It's honest to god (I dont believe in god but that's ok) the best advice anyone could give someone on harvesting. I guarantee you 100% you will harvest this plant early. It's ok. You will learn. Patience is a virtue.
And do me a solid. Think of everything you know about flowering times etc. Now forget all of it. You don't need to think about that at all. Here's what you need. General flowering time (photos) 9-11 weeks sativas excluded. Start watching close around week 8. That's it. Just watch the signs. She will tell you when she's ready. Autos, I don't even pay attention to. I just let them do their thing until they fatten up and the buds swell. I couldn't even tell you one timeline on an auto I grew without doing some homework looking at dates on pics. No need.

For instance, this bud has weeks to go. I think it's on the latter part of week 6. It has 3-4 weeks to go. (Grew this plant before) This was taken last week. I'll grab a shot today too for comparison
See how it looks 'skinny'? She's in padonkadonk mode now sending all the goods to fatten up those buds. The weight diff on a fully mature crop vs premature is astounding.

Then and now:

So from your experience a photo period is usually about how long from seed to finish because I have a bunch of photo periods going right now You're not understand what the autoflowers just because I mean this is kind of my second one I definitely let this one go a lot longer than the first one that she poured early I think you very much for your reply it does make sense because I know we can get very eager and once a boy I did notice that once the leaves started welting it was almost getting time for sure on this auto.

I can't answer that question because it's all to do with your veg time. That's not pre determined like an auto, you control that. So depending how long it takes you to veg +9-11 weeks.
I grow from clone. Seeds are mother's.
