im about to set up a closet grow. the dimensions are2.5' x 3.5' with 9ft ceiling. i want to put a 300watt hps in. my question is how would i set up exhaust and bring in fresh air to the closet while keeping it semi-stealthy? i also would need to scrub the exhaust air. the bottom of the closet door has a decent gap so the closet isnt airtight. thx in advance for any suggestions

If there was a way you could instal a small vent into the bottom of the closet door that would help. But with trying to be stealthy thats hard to do. You could use a little fan and set it next to the door frame inside the closet, and position it where its blowing into the closet, sucking air from outside the closet via the spaces in the door frame. I personaly put my carbon air filter outside the tent, and sucking air out of the tent via ducting. Maybe if thats possible for you it would save on space. I know some people are not to keen on this, but hey..if it keeps your air odor free why not?

yea i was thinking about placing a small fan right at the gap in the door and likewise for the filter

my setup is very similiar except im 1 foot wider im 2.1' x 4.5' 9 high i just got a 6inch vortec inline with a 4x12 carbon filter that im cutting in half with a speed controller just put a shelf 2/3 up on mount the fan and filter and went it outside of the closet or into the wall...i have an adjacent closet so im venting mine into there dont kno if yours is the same....also you could use a vent cover like the ones on a central air vent the rectangle size 1 and put that over an outside hole leading inside so its more stealth

Cut a hole in the door to fit a fan, setup a box around it, cut a hole in the box and attach a carbon filter to it so the air gets pulled through the filter and pushed out the door, screw in a vent cover on the outside of the door to make it look like a normal vent, the box built behind the door will block light so you won't have light leaking out. With this setup the air being pushed out of the room will make a vacuum and will automatically suck air in under the door. If money is an issue get a cheap 10 - 15 dollar desk fan thats quiet and you can get carbon filters that are made for air purifiers for about 5 dollars on amazon and use a cardboard box as the box built around the fan. The setup works for a closet grow and is very cheap, I have only spent about 30 dollars on my materials for my exhaust.

wouldnt a vent cover look sketchy on the door though, if its like mine the closet is bigger than the door you should make the above setup if you were going to in the upper part of the closet above the door were a vent would look normal as can be also keep your scrubber and shit outta the way of heat/light etc..also make a better airflow from bottom of door up to the top

You could slip a dryer sheet into the box every week or 2 and pass it of as if it was a vent for your laundry room.
