Closet grow help

Hey so my set up plan is 8 27 Watt Daylight CFLs and one HPS (i think its 250w my friend already has it) im trying to do a SOG grow would this be enough what els would i need?

Just pick the right spectrum of light, and do research. Read Marijuana BUDS for less it helped me, i didn't follow it step by step, but it help'd me understand alot more about growing. Hybrid your setup with the one in the book and you should be golden.
