Closet Grow Solving Heat issue

Hey there, so I am running a 600 HPS Digital Fusion in a 4x4 closet grow i can get the temps down to 27 C, but at the top of the plants I am getting high 30's.
Even with 4 fans I cant get the temps down.
I guess my main question is I noticed my reflector is supposed to have a piece of glass covering the bulb. If I got some glass cut (not sure what kind) would that possibly solve my heat issue? and without getting a AC unit is there any tips for getting temps down?

I am considering going all CFL, or should I go for a 400?

what kind of reflector do u have .....is it a cooltube if not then really think about getting one it will reduce the heat alot .......the only other choice to cool without getting a AC to help would be a Swamp Cooler

really easy to make

does it look like this

if so adding the glass to the bottom would make it a cooltube

this is the cooltube i have and love it

your carbon filter should be hung at the very top of the tent so it is removing the hot air /used stinky air ..........the swamp cooler is ment to be on the ground (if u wanted too u could place it infront of your tent intake cooling that air before it enters the system
