Cloud computing, Is it safe??

Hello, guys! I just need some inputs regarding cloud computing. They said cloud computing is like putting all your data on an off site server. It is handy to easily share files that multiple people need access to. Is it really safe and secure? I'm planning to use it. Any suggestions will be great. Thanks!

Any files, that you have in your devices (phone, tablet etc.) can never be in safe! Any file, that you put into Internet never be safe!

But you need be good in hacking to take this files.

Nothing you do on the net is safe, and when computing there is no such thing as true security. If it was built, it will be hacked/cracked.

Thanks for your input. We've been using etq's erm software and we were interested in going for their cloud as well. For now, I've set an appointment with them so they can better explain to me how it works including how they secure it.
