CMH Grow Cabinet Coverage

Hi guys! I'm have lots of experience with traditional HID systems, but none with ceramic metal halide. In my new cabinet I would normally use a 600w MH/HPS in a cool tube, but I want to try CMH to lower heat in the surrounding space. The grow space has floor dimensions of 56" x 30″ with an interior height of 68"+-. Should I use one 315w system, a 630w dual bulb system or use two separate 315w systems on either end of the cabinet? I am using a Hydroponics Group Grow Daddy cabinet.

I think 2x 315s would fit your space better. But I have never used 630s, I know 315 cover 2.5-3x2.5-3

Thats what I was thinking, that two independent light sources would allow more even coverage. I'm not going for a massive yield though, just two or three plants. My medical needs and tolerance are low.

The two would allow you to spread them out better for more even coverage and the 315's I've been looking at last about twice as long as the 630's.

i would definitely do a scrog. with only 6 ft tall, 1 ft is the light and 1 ft is the pot so really only less than 4 ft to "grow" in

2 plants in a scrog under 2 315s

Thanks guys! I did some math on the reflection pattern at the store (helps to visualize) and it seems like an integrated reflector and ballast would be too focused for the height, regardless of coverage side to side. However, retrofitting a 315w in my old cool tube (just found it tonight, I thought it was lost!) with a remote ballast and socket adaptor may do the trick. I figure I can try it this way with a single 315w and if it doesn't work I can get another cool tube and ballast. That way the light isn't too focused and can be air cooled, even if it's more work to do so. Thanks for the help!
