CO Plant Limit With A Card???

Anyone tell me what the limit of plants is in CO when you have a medicinal marijuana card??? Also what is the policy of having a roommate who lives with you in your private residence and does NOT have a medical card???? any help woulod be great...thanks guys.:bigjoint:

More plants if you are getting away from smoking it, but I'm not sure how many.
Any one know how many the state now allows if you are into edibles?

technically, there is no limit. you can have "more" if your situation requires - but this is simply an affirmative defense.

the police may take all your extra plants, and charge you for them. you and your doctor can argue to the court that you needed that many plants. if your doc will argue that you need 100 plants, you just might get away with it.

Thank you, Lucydog! Don't see myself ever having a 100 plants (unless that's what it takes to make brownies), but good to know!
