Hi i will be having both of these in the room and i dont want the carbon filter sucking out the co2. This is how my connections will be. CARBON FILTER>>air cooled hoods>fan>attic. how will i prevent my carbon filter from sucking the co2 out the room, when my carbon filter will stay on as long as the lights and fan is on? any ideas or other routes?

co2 only works in sealed rooms, you could have a fan pulling air thru ur lights then out your space, as long as u have sealed ac hoods. then your fan/carbon filter combo will just circulate air inside the grow space. or run timers.

so ur saying have the fans and lights run on its own n vent out elsewhere and with the carbon filter just having it scrubbing the air in the same room, meaning the scrub air doesnt get vented out?

ok pretty much have your room sealed, sealed completely. no intake no exhaust of air. air cool your light by taking a 4/6/8 inch ducting from the outside on one side to the outside on the other side. basically have your light air cooled but no transfer of that air to the grow tent/room air. co2 is really only necessary if you have a sealed room with no way to get fresh air, like in a basement or something. think of it like this, your blasting co2 into your tent, my fan cycles 454cuft of air per min so my tent scrubs like 4 times a min or somthing like that. if i blast co2 in there then in 15sec it has dissappeared. i hope this helps, vortex is super dank man and im high as fuck.
