I get that I totally do but not everybody can afford professional setups so they do what they gotta do and they do cheaper things hoping that'll work and that's why they ask questions this place is supposed to be a place where people help each other not break each other down

I am helping you, I told you not to waste your time and money, i provided links to proof, this other guy decided to fight me for pages and pages. you take the info and do what you will, i think the obvious is right in front of you and warren kirk will prove it again. good luck

They have covered it but you need a sealed room. I run co2 at 1000 and they do great. Even at 1000 I run through bottles quick

Amen Brother!
his point was merely that 99% of the veteran smokers/growers out there that have tried co2 have deducted that it's not worth the added costs, effort, and time.
I did it for three yrs, temps, and humidity are ALWAYS the limiting factor.
Water transpiration, and temps.
I had very, very slightly better yields, but it was negligible at best.
40lb tank, regulator, timed solenoid.
a perfect co2 setup would be outside, under the sun, in a sealed greenhouse, with a co2 generator providing heat and co2. Like an Alaskan grow or something, where temps aren't an issue
Dial in your ventilation, lights, and soil/growing media.
Do all that and those will get you better yields and end product much more substantially than adding co2 does.

I don't think you'll find any veteran grower that uses any yeast products for co2.
It won't get much more above the ambient PPMs of co2

That seems to be the consensus. I have been growing a long time I wouldn't consider myself a professional nor would I call myself a professional, with that being said I don't care how or what they do....I just do shit the way I've always done. I agree with ya about the method of using yeast to create co2 ......I'd probably be better off just blasting from a CO2 tank a couple of times a day. My only concern was I have to exhaust back into the room the tent is in so it will just draw in what it exhausted out so I figured I better use some CO2 to replace it and cracking window a few times a day

Hold it, hold it hold it....... I was just referring to dude because he was saying he was using his yeast infection ooze to capitalize on co2 supplementation. I am one of the believers that thinks he's wasting his time is all. Maybe I'm wrong, however thats my stance. We hear from both sides and with you if someone doesn't agree with your thinking you get all up set and pissed off.

told you he would do it again. Dude probably got shitty grades in school, probably fought with his teacher over everything.

“during a heat wave."
Thank you for the info! Respectfully, IMHO, I believe the operative phrase is "during a heat wave." The author of the article on the study you cited further said this "discovery should help biologists better understand... ability of plants and economically important crops to deal with heat stress and drought."

So, it does give us potentially valuable info in regards to a plant's response to elevated levels of CO2 AND Heat wave / Drought conditions...

Is the small dick measuring contest between chuck and kirk over? Holy shit. Only on JIU

Put the home me yeast bottles down and run a legit proven co2 system. I might be new to the co2 game, but I did my research for 6 months before buying anything.

20# tank plus a full back up 20#tank
Blueprint BDAC2 w/fuzzy logic controller
Dual hose 14k
btu a/c
70 pint deheuy with pump
Totally sealed room 8x12x6.75"

600 ppm wks 1 and 2
3 thru 7 1500 ppm
Wk 8 600
Wk 9 400

Running 85-90* and 65-70% rh
Hard getting my rh down in a sealed room.
BUT by the VDP chart I'm about perfect. I normally only follow VDP in veg not flower. But I have 3x 18" fans for circulation and 5x 10" fans on floor pointing up. Huge air movement in my room.

I know, I read 3 pages then skipped to the last.

Made up sugar bottles, yeast mixes, grow bags are all fools.gold....Unless u grow 1 plant in a super small room. For us real.co2 users know what's up with using a tank or burner. There's NO replacement for tanks or generators. Period!!!!

Ttskkyy (I think I got his sn right)
Has been a ton of help with alot of my unsure questions.
