When the ac kicks on, does your tent inflate like a balloon?
Or do you have an exhaust Fan that runs at the same time, pulling hot air out as cold air is pumped in?
So not sealed but cooler and not venting as often with just intake and exhaust fans?
I like what you've done with it.

My exhaust never turns off but my exhaust is up at the top in one corner and my ac is towards the bottom on the other end of the tent. I just leave my exhaust full power all the time. So it pulls hot air from up top and has cold air blown in the bottom

no problems with negative or positive airflow. I am in a 5x5 tent but really only using half of the space and my co2 levels for the most part stay consistent i run my lights on at night so the AC isn't on all the time. Haven't had to change my co2 tank in 2 weeks. Hope this helps

Previously I was using 2 tents, a 4x8 for flower and a 2x4 as a lung w my ac in there. Intake and ex circulated air from one tent to the other full circle and the ac on a contrôlée.
I'd like to use the 2x for a veg tent but I may just get a third tent if I can't sort this out with what I have...

I don't need to run AC as my intake air comes from the greater area of my always cool basement that never gets over 65F. I do have a temp/RH controller with a speed controller on my exhaust fan so it only kicks in when the temp or RH gets to the settings. I just keep the speed about half as my filtered area isn't as big as I'd like yet so it works better at the slower speed.
This thing uses a bathroom humidity unit and a cool/heat thermostat wired in series so either can turn the exhaust fan on. I have a schematic for it as well. I've had to replace both parts a couple times in the last 18 years.
I bought a CO2 controller a few years ago but haven't got a tank yet. I really only want to run CO2 during the stretch period so I set the controls higher and use a DIY alcohol lamp to burn methyl hydrate to supply CO2. The controller lets me see how my levels are and I can go over 1500ppm in about 15 min burning the one with two Tiki lamp wicks then shut down one wick or use one with a smaller wick to maintain the CO2 levels and burn less fuel.

I pull air from a different part of the house with a 4 inch infinity fan turned down. I have yet to see my room go over 86. I wish i had a basement though just for the cool air. But for now my room stays at about 83 -85 and i got to run a dehumidifier at lights out so my lights out temps run at about 70-75I don't need to run AC as my intake air comes from the greater area of my always cool basement that never gets over 65F. I'm just hitting 75 with a 400W MH in the room after a very warm and muggy day. RH is 77% which is really high for here. for 9 months of the year it's hard to keep it above 40 and it gets as low as 10 - 20% in the winter when it's -30C or lower out there.
A sealed room would be nice then I could keep my RH at a decent level. I have to run my nutes way lower so I don't get toxic salts buildup as the plants drink a lot of water when the air is so dry and pull up more nutes than they can use.

Window AC units take room air so it wouldnt inflate because the air its putting in is air its taking out.
My window AC isnt sealed the best so not sure how yall are sealing yours up.
I dont run CO2 because of this. So tell me so i can run CO2
