I have a sealed room and run co2 through out out the photo period and then vent when lights are off.

ok what if i set my co2 line at the base of the plants and my exhaust (charcoal filter) at the very top of the room and just ran them at the same time. wont this cause the co2 to pass the plants get absorbed before the filter vents it out? im willing to turn the exhaust off but im using it along with my lights(aircooled) i don't want the temp to rise and cause stress while i run the co2.

you would get a lot of co2 on the floor and practically none elsewhere (co2 is heavier than air). you can't vent and use co2 successfully.

Just set up a small oscillating fan on the floor to move it around and you should be OK. You can't always chose when your venting so if you don't have auto controls you should be able to tell how long it takes your room to get to say 88 and than turn on the vent fan and see how long it takes to get to 82. Once you find that out put your exhaust fan and co2 on timers so they only run when the other is off.

Keep in mind that you want the temperature to be a little higher when you are enriching your room with CO2, so having the exhaust system off during the CO2 cycle will actually be beneficial for you.
