co2

I would like to use co2 (tank and reg w/ solenoid) but I will be using a carbon filter too, exhausting outside to keep down smell. How can I use the carbon filter and use the co2?

Anybody, surely someone must know?

don't exhaust when lights are on, you can get a controller that shut c02 off when exhaust comes on.
if your supplementing c02, why do you need to exhaust anyways, you should seal the room and scrub the air with the filter.

Or you can use a couple different timers to do the same thing.

I want to exhaust the room to keep it at the correct temperature range. I am not willing to shell out extra money for a portable AC and the extra wattage used by it. That will be much later down the road.

How big is the room. Also if it helps I have to have 2 vent fans for my set up, one 6" fan for air cooled hood, one 4 inch fan to vent the actual room when then temp rises. I use timers for my co2 control, I just had to turn everything on and wait to see what happens with temp then I know how to set my timers, with the air cooled hood it gives me plenty of time for co2 inducing before I have to vent.

The room will be 5'x5'x6.5'. A grow tent.
