Do you think I could just use my well water. I had it tested for hardness and I was told the hardness reading was average.

Send your soil and water to logan labs and have then do a saturated paste test. and find out what you may be missing from your soil. they can also test your soil and water independently as well.
What starts right ends right. Dont guess, know.

I've been using coast of maine for awhile and this is my time running into this defeciency. This is my first time using ro water to water them. Plants are a month old
This is likely your issue. Said you were using well water before, correct? And the well water never caused these issues before, yes?

Your well water has minerals that the plant/soil need, RO has stripped those minerals from the water, and now they are unavailable to your plant as a result.

Go back to your original water source and the issue should correct itself in no time.
