Hello all, im looking for some advice on lighting my 4x4 gorilla tent. I'm interested in COB lighting, and have been doing research for the past few months. I like the look and ease of Amare, but i cannot afford victors price tag and the outdated COBS. I have seen the SE 450 in person and its well built but i think it can be better. Thats why i am interested in COB kits. Ive been looking at cutter's grow kits and timbers pre-assembled kits.I will be growing in a 4x4 at the normal height of the tent, but can always use the extension kit. My setup is two stainless steel shelves close together, with a 3x3 area which has 4 drilled black hydro buckets on top, all of which drain into a black reservoir underneath the buckets. it will be a recirculating system with 2 water feeds and an airstones in each bucket as well as in the main reservoir .
- What is the difference in the COBS each use and the pin heat sinks?
- How many lights will be needed to light a 4x4 adequately,(I was thinking 6- and what wattage (200,225,250,300 on timber).
- If i get 6 on Timber assembled it is 629.00 USD... But if i buy 8 from cutter un-assembled it is 681.54 USD..(why the price jump from 4-6 units? im in Canada so i have to pay import fees/customs an shit... the 'flat rate box ' 'free shipping in US' reflects that pricing....?)
