COB Wiring Troubleshoot Question

Alright, half the lamp lights up, the other half does not. Both wired in series, switched inputs to see if it was a problem with the driver. It was not. So, it has to be in the series connection. Examined all the lines, don't see anywhere the wire jacket is stripped and grounding out. I checked all the connections at the holders, they all seem to be in tight. My question would be, what's the best way to troubleshoot this one at this point? I've got it narrowed down to somewhere in the line, or a bad chip.

It was a bad connection from holder to chip on the first in the series! Didn't take long to solve that one, once I got back on task.
