Coco and Blumats

Anyone else using straight Coco and Blumats? I just switched over. Took a little bit to get them dialed in but man does it make things easier. No more hand watering. I have a 20 gal res with a pump on the bottom circulating the nutrient solution. I top it off when needed and drain once a month to fill with fresh solution.

The only thing I have noticed is that the plants are growing crazy. I'm not using anything fancy, just VitaGrow three part nutrients. Cheap as hell and the plants love it. The only other thing I add is fulvic acid which I get by the pound on Amazon for less than $40. That's enough for thousands of gallons comparable to those $20 bottles with fancy labels.

Here's a Blackberry OG growing in a three gallon fabric pot in 100% coco coir. It's four feet tall a couple weeks into flower. I let it get too big but it stretched a whole bunch and is still growing. It's lopsided because I took a bunch of clones. I sprouted five of this strain and this is the only one I kept. It was twice the size of the rest. I got lucky and hit the jackpot on the pheno hunt. This ones definitely a keeper.

Edit:
I didn't do any topping or training like I normally do. This is just growing straight up. I usually Supercrop my plants and end up with numerous cola's.. Looks like I'm getting one big one this time. I'm sure glad I have a dehumidifier for the tent. Bud rot can spoil everything if you're not careful. Especially with bigger cola's.

Very nice. I have used blumats and I really liked them. Make sure you pull the little rubber hose out every now and then and roll it in your fingers to break up the salts and flush them out. It's fun setting them up and it seemed like I was always fucking with them.

Thanks for the tip on the rubber hoses.
I'm sold on Coco, VitaGrow, and Blumats. I've been growing for over twenty years and I've tried almost everything. I'm getting some of the best results I have ever had and it's so easy. Huge buds as well and trichomes galore. But the main thing is the automation. I just don't have the time to babysit a few plants.
Here's what is going on in the tent. I can't complain. It's extremely crowded. I didn't expect the plants to go so crazy. Plus I have a portable air conditioner in the tent keeping the temps and humidity down that's taking up a bunch of space. It's just a 4 x 4 x 80. That suckers coming out as soon as I can keep the temps below 80 without it. I'm just running a 600 watt but will bump up to 1000 when it cools down.
