You still have a good ways to go man another month at the earliest. your buds should fill out all the way to where those hairs end and then the hairs should turn red and retract into the pistols. The nugs haven't even headed/topped out yet man just give her time its hard but if you smoke her now or in a week your going to be disappointed big time.

i forgot i could multi qoute, but Slim, thanks man. This little bit of info helps! I mean i watched the plant grow fast, get pistils sorta fast(maybe sooner had i read about vegging times), now its sllloowwwwllyyyyy flowering and it seems like this progress is slower than the veg

Its that from the time it first sexed or from the time you switched to 12/12. All strains take at least 8 weeks most take longer and it does not matter how fast they grew in veg. Veg has nothing to do with the plant or strain but with how long the grower wants to veg. Flowering is all up to the plant/strain and i have yet to see any finished before 60 days from your time line you have a month like i said before you could even harvest anything and most likely 10 week or so from your pics so another 6 weeks at least before you get nugs that will get you high for more then 30 mins. Hydro does finish before soil most of the time but your using CFLs and they prolong flower by usually 2 weeks or more so you might even have longer then the 10 weeks till your buds are ready. Also remember your nugs get 2x-3x smaller when you dry them and if you cut off anyting right now a golf ball nug will be about a bong hit with a slight buzz that lasts maybe 30 mins that would be wasting all the time you have already put into your plant.

Just wait and post up a pic in a few more weeks but sit on your hands and hide your scissors until then.

That is from the time she sexed, so im lookin at a full month by tomorrow in actual flower time. True I forgot that cfls extend it by that much further, i do have what looks like beginning buds..i dunno anymore theres so much shit outside of this growing life going on this past week, it looks like im goig to have to pull all my plants, I dont know yet. Life sucks sometimes but im hoping I dont have to...where all the little pistils popped out, those are swelling up the bud/flower is getting thicker, ill sit on those scissors because u are correct about the nug turning into a bowl hit for a high of 30 mins...lol so I beat u to it sir, it was just 1 little tiny nug tho, i swear I had to test it...haha but no more I promise theres soo much on this plant i think that hydroton size bowl I smoked was fair and sorta worth it~~cuz i did get a tad buzz hahaa enough to hear blah blah blah blah blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Slim thanks man appreciate it

Not all strains take 8 weeks ;)

I have a few in my garden now that finish in under 7.
 
It all depends on the high your after and yes i know some finish before 8 weeks just very very few when do you guys chop what are your trics looking like.
 
I smoke a lot....and weed is expensive here, so imo and most people around this area, I want to make it worth it. I like atleast 75% amber. Havn't come across the Sativa I need to harvest early yet, but I'm sure I'll come across one sooner or later.

Most definitely....the cure is fermenting your buds. Which is why personally I wouldn't harvest any later than 80% amber. Give your bud some space to finish out, without taking it over the edge. √
 
how long do trichs stay cloudy before they start turning amber? ALL my top trichs are cloudy 95% of the middle trichs are, some havent even developed trichs(the bottoms) , if i take my 30x I can see they are cloudy, even wout it.....top buds the hairs are red, mostly white still..this 5mp camera SUCKSSSS WTF! lol

Lookin good, plenty of new pistils coming out, so she is still growing.

The more you touch the buds, the more hairs will die and turn red ;)

Yea Slim, sure am! I need those in bigger cans ASAP!! because i need to refill the res 2-3 times a day..and one night it dried and she wilted badddd but she recovered like a champ!!! one is tall like a ft, the other is short n stocky....haha, the pic im showing is normajane(random seed), shes in a 5gallon tub, shes my first grow
