Cola head "funny" characteristic .. pic attached

Hi guys,
I have 6 tangi dreams which are due in 20 days .
2 x 600w hps
Ec 1.2
Ph 5.8ish
Water temp ave 20c
Over the past week or so my cola heads (3 ) appear to be losing density and taking on a funny shape, the top cola and side branches are becoming light to press and dont quite look right, leaves are turning in on them selves and shrinking around the top cola
do i have an issue perhaps?
The others (3) are fine holding there shape structure and density
any advise or remedy would be welcome

That is foxtailing my friend. Sometimes happens late in flower. No biggie really, other than looking weird. Sometimes heat stress or other stress creates them. I pull my lights up higher to reduce intensity and better simulate autumn as plants finish. That helps. Good luck!

Thanks Buzzzxx, i can rest easy as was a little worried tbh,
Any thoughts on why they are so light in density, very light to the touch unlike the others which are firm and robust

This is I belive the exact thing foxtails are kisser lighter buds not as sense because they not n tight and condensed together loos and airy is pretty much the definition

Yield will be compromised no thought also, pity has worked my arse off providing them with the prefect life but evidently not,
Should i up the EC perhaps, shot of molasses or shooting power,
Any thoughts and thanks for stopping by my post and assisting

Whatever it is probably can’t chang just keep making sure they stay healthy and happy and though loose buts if they good they good an maybe your total weight won’t be too bad either just when you dry be carful don’t let them dry too fast since they light it may be an issue

Sativas don't like a lot of N. Those dark green curly leaves are telling you that. Too much N will reduce yield in sativas. It looks like you will still have some good smoke though.

Nature boy do ya think I should flush my n?

It’s a hybrid although my buds just beginning to form that’s how my leaves are also not feeding n anymore and in hempy so if I flus should leave not too much

Does look like too much N which will contribute to fox tailing

I did notice how dark the leaves were becoming and thought as much tbh, reluctant to drop back EC due to chasing big buds but sadly this had the opposite effect, which i wasn't aware of before now, Fox tailing is #ucked up and ruined some amazing ladies.

Interesting, a well balanced feed shouldn't give too much N
1.4 isn't bad for EC at all
I'm running my plants in week 5 veg at 1.5

Exactly, my focus was to keep them keen throughout and never really hit them hard,
I didn't think my issues would be the outcome which is disappointing to say the least, i suspect they also had an heat issue, once i flipped they went crazy, some are 2m plus nft table, hugging the lights for periods during early flower phase

Are you using RO water, 1.5 in veg is aggressive i would have thought
I use well water, Ec = 0
