Im looking to freeze some sticky icky for the months where I would normally go without. Is it better to leave some moisture in the bud or dry it to the normal level?
i've never frozen mine. i always seal it in glass jars and put it away in a closet. it lasts for months this way. i have lost a 1/4 lb jar of bud somewhere. it was from last years harvest. i really wish i could find it. it must have a pretty good cure by now. lol
This thread got me thinking, I remembered that I hid a film canister that was filled to the brim on my shelf. I hope its still good, its almost 10 months old.
i bought an ounce one tim eand as i was walking home it all fell out of the baggie in muh pocket and i thougt i got it all out then a week later when i was going to put my pants back on i found like a gram jsut chillin their lol I was like sweet.
when i buy mine in i always put the excess in the freezer in a clear baggy. its not cured properly round here so its usually pretty damp. there has never been anything wrong with mine and its dry in seconds. no ice crystals form in the bag
never seen the weed come out looking any different to what it went in. i always go back to my bag in the freezer every time i need some. keeps it as fresh as the day you got it
I used to occasionally buy from someone who would put his stash in the freezer. His buds were always damp, and shitty, which I attributed to the freezer. He probably added moisture to it also....what a bastard.
