I know that some growers lower temps during some parts of flowering,or through the entire flowering phase to bring out bluish or purple hues in the buds...and I know curing the buds will make the colors more pronounced. Also,I know that this has mostly to do with genetics,so lets assume I have a Blueberry plant...but Im barely managing keeping the temps stable, let alone lower them even more.
So,what happens if I dry the buds as normal, but cure them in the freezer,or fridge. What I mean is to put the buds in airtight mason jars to cure, and place the jars somewhere cold and dark...will this bring out the colors?
Has anyone ever tried this?It should work, considering the fact that the easiest way to bring ut colors is by lowering temps, will CURING them in very cold temps achieve this...possible better than just lowering temps during flowering??
