you will only find seeds of seed companies based in Co. Colorado has a law that seeds / clones / plants cannot leave nor enter the state unless that breeder or seed company is willing to to pay an outrageous fee of $80,000. It was an idea that back fired. They thought legalization would bring in every seed company and breeder and the politicians thought they would capitalize on that. They were so wrong. All they did was screw the state.
