Colorblind - is this budrot/fungus? HELP

I have this one bud wich leaves are yellowing on one plant, made me wonder whats up, i read a lot about bud rot and fungus, this seems to be this, as i am colorblind i can not identify brown gray spots easily.

Seems also like there is fungus inside? as it is only this one top and the rest of the plant is ok, can i cut it away and save the rest of the plant? i also added more air circulation to prevent stale warm air and such. plants dont have much more to go, maybe a week?

Any help is much appreciated

New myself but i think it is. Is there area in question more dry or wet than the healthy surrounding area?
My friend had a rot prob, different kind of rot. He took the whole branch off and the rest was fine.

Bita mold pull it out and connecting bits. Dont go hard itl be good just check air flo

Yes there was this one corner of my tent wich was not getting enough, or any at all, airflow to it. I placed an extra fan to that area and made sure that the exhaust fan will be doing its job sucking out moisture at night.

I cut this top off and trashed it. I will look closely at the coming days for any other signs

If u got an intake it can go off at night too
