Hey RIU I want to add some color to my garden! So whats the most colorful bud (pink, purples, blues!) that produce quality smoke and yields nicely?

I also heard that low temperatures induce colors too, is this stress? Plant thinks its dying cold winter approaching, or is it not worth worrying about, anyways thanks for the strain recommendations!bongsmilie

I've never grown it from seed but a friend of mine used to run a Blackberry Kush cut that was super dark.

although the mildly stony mid buzz i got out of ALL of my masterkush autos isn't a favorite, i had one odd pheno that turned an intense deep dark crimson color on it's seed pods. a lot of times when you look at purple strains, most of the color is really just in the leaf tips and not the bud itself.

the color might not be the most intense, but the top of my color shopping list is grape krush as it's not only purple, but a rarer grape flavor too. i want to turn that into a haze. blueberry just doesn't do it for me as a buzz or flavor. i'm also looking into the purps for both color and flavor.

color buds are just a novelty really. a lot of people aren't impressed by the buzzes of what they've tried from what i've seen. the purple bud i've seen was stony schwag as far i'm concerned, but then again, almost everything on the streets is by my standards.

What about purple wreck? Or does the majority of Pheno's produced not really represent the urkle genetics?

Most purplish or pinkish hybrids are 50/50. Meaning fifty percent of it's offspring aren't wat you're looking for. Nevilles once told me, "i'd never breed for color." And i know y he said that, it's because if that's all u looking for in a hybrid then potency is lost. Tga seeds breed hybrids just for wat you're looking for color or wat ppl call bag appeal. If that's wat you're into buy from tga but if your looking for.
